Medicinal Ingredients

Each ml contains 200mg of organically grown Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis). It is a 1:5 root extract.

Non Medicinal Ingredients

40% gluten-free grain alcohol and purified water, with organically grown licorice root as a natural flavour enhancer.

Recommended Use

Valerian helps to relieve nervousness and promote sleep.

Directions

Adults: Take 4ml on an empty stomach, 30 – 60 minutes before bedtime.

Cautions

Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks.

Drug Interactions
