Additionally, this may result in longer processing times for orders as we work to manage the increased volume and accommodate all customers. We are doing our very best to ensure that orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Delivery Information
Shipping Delays during Peak Seasons: Please be advised that shipping times may experience delays during the Holiday Season and other peak periods. Our processing time allows for up to 7 days to ensure the efficient handling of orders during busy seasons.
Shipping and Delivery Logistics: Shipping and delivery times are contingent upon item availability, processing time, delivery location, and carrier policies. Some products may be delivered in multiple shipments to enhance efficiency.
Order Processing
Efficient Processing with Potential Delays: While our standard is to process and dispatch most orders on the same day, we request your understanding as we allocate up to 7 business days for order processing. During peak periods, such as the Holiday Season, processing times may extend due to the heightened volume of orders.
Backorders and Out of Stock Items
Inventory Management and Backorder Protocols: While we strive to uphold a comprehensive inventory, occasional stockouts may occur. Items on backorder will be clearly marked and dispatched promptly upon replenishment. In the event that an item you ordered is on backorder or out of stock (not indicated on the website), you will be promptly notified via the provided email address with various accommodation options for your order.
Tracking and Delivery Notifications: Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be sent directly from Canada Post to the provided email address. While we endeavor to accommodate special delivery instructions, please be aware that certain requests, such as special package placement and time window delivery options, may not always be feasible.
Responsibility and Tracking: We do not assume responsibility for orders lost in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can conveniently track your package using the supplied tracking number.
Shipping Details
Free Shipping Option: Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $100 (within Canada). To take advantage of this offer, simply select the “Free Shipping” option during the checkout process. For orders below these thresholds, shipping rates are as follows:
- Canada Post: $9.95
- UPS: $16.99
Transit Times:
- Canada Post: 3-14 Business Days
- UPS: 1-7 Business Days
Important Note: Transit times exclude the processing and preparation time mentioned earlier. Saturdays, Sundays, and STATUTORY HOLIDAYS are not considered shipping/delivery days.
Additional Shipping Fees: For areas designated as remote or challenging to serve by Canada Post, additional shipping fees may apply. These fees will be communicated separately via email.
