St. Francis Herb Farm Chastetree

Used in Herbal Medicine:
• As a hormone normaliser to help stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities
• To help relieve premenstrual symptoms
• To help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes

Dosage:
Adults: Take 0.8-1.3 ml (25-40 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are taking hormone-containing medications such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy, or if symptoms worsen or persist.
