    Ingredients
    Each softgel contains: 

    Organic lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil 80 mg
    Also contains: Organic olive oil and mixed tocopherols (non‑GMO, from soy), with annatto extract (in sunflower oil).
    Suggested Use
    Take 1 softgel daily with food and a full glass of water or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
    Contains No: Gluten, corn, wheat, dairy, eggs, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour.
