St. Francis Herb Farm Black Cohosh

Black Cohosh is used in traditional medicine to help alleviate menopausal symptoms, to ease nervous tension and relax skeletal muscle, and to help relieve premenstrual symptoms.

Dosage:
Adults: Take 1-2 mL (30-60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are breastfeeding; if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year or if symptoms worsen or persist.

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant.
