MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)…..250 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)…..60 mg
Non-medicinal Ingredients: L-leucine, silicon dioxide, hypromellose (capsule)
Suggested Use
Adults – Take 4 capsules a day with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Avoid taking at bedtime. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial results.
