Resolaxin contains chamomile, lemon balm and passion flower, which are traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress) and/or a calmative; It helps to temporarily promote relaxation. Resolaxin also contains chamomile and lemon balm, which are traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances, such as dyspepsia.
Medicinal Ingredients / Capsule
Chamomile Extract (6:1) (Matricaria chamomilla) (flower) (720 mg DHE*) – 120 mg
Lemon Balm Extract (5:1) (Melissa officinalis) (leaf) (300 mg DHE*) – 60 mg
Wild Jujube Extract (seed) (Zyzyphus spinosa) (18:1) (1,980 mg DHE*) – 110 mg
Passion Flower Extract (Passiflora incarnata) (flower) (4:1) (180 mg DHE*) – 45 mg
L-Theanine (from Camellia sinensis) (leaf) – 40 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium citrate) – 25 mg
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) – 5 mg
*DHE – dried herb equivalent
Non-medicinal Ingredients:
Ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide, hypromellose (capsule)
Suggested Use
Adults – Take 2 capsules 2-3 times a day, or as needed for calming effect. Take 2-3 capsules 1/2 to 1 hour before sleep as needed for relaxation and better sleep. Take 1-2 capsules with each meal for dyspepsia. Or else use as directed by a health care practitioner.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks, of if other symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
