Pro Ortho Core® is a comprehensive multi-vitamin/mineral supplement. It contains a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other factors, including phytonutrients, for the maintenance of good health and to help the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

Take six capsules daily with meals, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
