Curcumin is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve joint inflammation.1-2 New research on turmeric shows the bioactives in turmeric have additional benefits and enhance bioavailability.

Recommended Dose

Adults: Take 1 capsule per day with food/meal. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer or are having surgery, or if you are taking anticoagulant agents, anti-inflammatory agents or antibiotics.
