Energy Xtra offers a blend of key adaptogenic herbs, including panax ginseng and rhodiola, to help increase energy and resistance to stress. Adaptogens have long been associated with increasing energy, enhancing stamina, and reducing fatigue. They encourage physical work capacity and mental performance. Often referred to as tonics, they have far-reaching effects on overall physiological health. At the same time, they help the body to adapt to and cope with stress, primarily by supporting the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. Panax ginseng promotes endurance and stamina, while also acting as supportive therapy for the promotion of healthy glucose levels. Rhodiola provides antioxidants and is recognized for supporting cognitive function and reducing mental fatigue. Energy Xtra includes additional herbs that play important roles in Herbal Medicine, including ashwagandha and eleuthero.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water), hypoal-lergenic plant cellulose.
Recommended Use: Rhodiola helps to temporarily relieve symptoms of stress. Asian ginseng is used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress.
Recommended Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily, in divided doses, with or between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Not to be taken before bedtime. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month
Risk Information: Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure, bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.
