Biotics Research Bio-Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha has been considered to suppress stress-induced increases in dopamine receptors in the brain. It also appears to reduce stress-induced increases of plasma corticosterone, blood urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid.
In children with ADHD, a combination herbal product that included ashwagandha or placebo was administered for 4-months. Significant improvement in measures of attention, cognition, and impulse control was observed in children receiving ashwagandha, compared to placebo.5
