Recommended Dose: Children (3-12 years old) blend, shake, or briskly stir 1 scoop (32 g) of MetaKids Nutrition Powder into 237-296 mL (8-10 fl. oz.) of water daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Recommended Use: Helps in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums. Helps to maintain eyesight, skin, membranes and immune function. Protein source for the maintenance of good health.
Caution: Do not use following vigorous exercise or acute dehydration. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
