    Bio-B Complete is a B vitamin complex for the maintenance of good health. The B vitamins work together to help the body metabolize proteins, carbohydrates and fats and to produce red blood cells.

    Vitamin B2 (from riboflavin & riboflavin-5-phospate (Na salt))…..15 mg
