(Used in Herbal Medicine to) help(s) support cognitive function and/or reduce mental fatigue (in cases of mental stress). (Used in Herbal Medicine as) supportive therapy for the promotion of healthy glucose levels. Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, such as gastritis in adults. Used in Herbal Medicine as a tonic to help relieve general debility and/or to aid during convalescence. Used in Herbal Medicine to help improve mental and/or physical performance after periods of mental and/or physical exertion. Used in Herbal Medicine to help maintain a healthy immune system.

Asian Ginseng Extract 10:1 (Panax ginseng)…..85 mg

Suggested Use:
Take 3-4 capsules a day, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take this formula during the day (before 2 pm). Avoid taking in late afternoon or at night. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
Caution:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking antidepressant medications, blood thinners, or digoxin; if you have diabetes, an auto-immune disorder, a liver disorder, or any type of acute infection. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. According to TCM, do not use in cases of yin deficiency with heat signs, heat excess, or in the absence of significant qi deficiency. Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.
