Recommended Use

Directions
Ages 9 to 18 – Take one (1) tablet per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Adults – Take one (1) to two (2) tablets per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
